2.Description of service

babyshower.cards is an online tool that lets you personalize handcrafted invitation, welcome and thank-you card designs by filling in your own details, such as names, date, venue, host name and a personal message, in English, Hindi, Gujarati or Marathi.

Once personalized, cards can be downloaded as a high-quality JPEG image or as a PDF file, suitable for sharing on WhatsApp, social media, or printing at home or at any local print shop.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on babyshower.cards.

4.Using the service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, venue details and any other information you type into a card. We do not verify or proofread the content you enter, and it is your responsibility to check your card carefully before downloading and sharing it.

5.Pricing and payment

Prices for our card designs are displayed on the website at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments made from India are processed through Cashfree Payments. Payments made from outside India are processed through Razorpay.

By making a payment, you confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6.Digital delivery

babyshower.cards is a digital product. Once your payment is successfully processed, your personalized card(s) are made available for immediate download in JPEG and/or PDF format. No physical item is shipped.

7.Intellectual property

All card designs, templates, graphics and layouts available on babyshower.cards are the property of babyshower.cards and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the personalized card for your own personal or family event. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the underlying template designs themselves.

8.Content you provide

The names, dates, messages and other details you type into a card remain your content. By using our service, you grant us permission to process this content solely for the purpose of generating your personalized card.

9.Prohibited use

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose, or to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempting to copy, scrape, or resell our templates or designs outside of a personalized card you have paid for.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the security or functioning of our website.

10.Refunds

As babyshower.cards sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details, including the limited circumstances in which a refund may be considered.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, babyshower.cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including any errors in card content that you entered yourself, delays, or issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

12.Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we aim to keep the website functioning smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

13.Governing law
