When you use our card editor, you type in details such as parents' names, event date and time, venue, host name, an RSVP contact number, and any personal message you choose to add. You may also select a background design, a decorative symbol, and a language for your card.

When you make a payment, our payment partners (Cashfree for domestic payments and Razorpay for international payments) collect payment details such as your card, UPI or bank information directly. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or bank login details on our servers.

We may also automatically collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location (city/country level) and pages visited, through standard analytics tools, to understand how our website is used.

2.How we use your information

To generate the invitation, welcome and thank-you cards you request, using the details you type into the form.
To process your payment securely through Cashfree or Razorpay and confirm your order.
To respond to support requests you send us, including on WhatsApp.
To understand overall usage patterns and improve our templates and website.
To send you order-related communication, such as a payment confirmation.

3.How your card details are handled

The names, dates, venue and message you type into a card are used only to generate that specific card for you. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Card content you create may be temporarily stored on our servers so that you can preview, edit and re-download your card. We do not publish your card content publicly or share it with any other user.

4.Payment processing

All payments on babyshower.cards are processed through RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways: Cashfree Payments for customers paying in India, and Razorpay for international customers paying from outside India.

These payment gateways have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment information. We recommend reviewing their policies for details on how your payment data is processed and stored by them.

5.Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your card editing session working correctly (for example, remembering the language and design you selected) and to understand how visitors use our website through basic analytics.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the card editor may not work correctly if cookies are turned off.

7.Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you provide, including secure connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.Your rights and choices

You can request us to delete personal details associated with your card (such as names, contact numbers or messages you typed) by messaging us on WhatsApp. Please note that once a card has been downloaded, we may not be able to remove copies already saved on your own device.

9.Children's privacy

Our website is intended for use by adults planning a baby shower or related family event. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and payments can only be made by persons legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

10.Changes to this policy
